We accept returns and/or reship for products purchased from A Moment Candles only, and all returns are inspected upon arrival. 

Damaged goods through shipment are the only returns we accept. Additionally, products purchased from A Moment Candles that have been damaged through shipment, must be made clear to A Moment Candles immediately after the package is retrieved. We will not accept returns or reship if notified after seven days of the delivery date confirmed through carrier. 

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipment process. Please note that some wear and tear to the outer packaging is normal and expected. If damage to the order occurs, please safely, take photos of the order and email us at If the damage is to the point where you cannot safely remove products from the packaging, please capture a photo of the damage, email us at and dispose of the contents safely.
